RETURN POLICY
1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
Customer shall have the right to withdraw without any reason within seven (7) days following the establishment of the Contract
Buyer meets the return of purchased products
The termination period shall be seven (7) days after the customer or the third party (other than the courier) determined by the Customer take over the possession of the products, or if a single order is placed for more than one product to be delivered separately (7) days after the possession of the most recent product has taken over by the Customer or a third party other than the courier.
In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, Customer shall notify RYDER ACT in written or other means provided on our internet site that he / she wishes to exercise his / her right to withdraw and to terminate the Contract. The customer may use the sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory, but is attached to these Terms.
In order for the customer to exercise his right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the right to inform RYDER ACT. RYDER ACT shall immediately confirm that it has received a notification that the right of withdrawal has been exercised.
In case of the use of the right of withdrawal, the return of the product can be made to any RYDER ACT shop, by hand or by cargo in accordance with Article 17.3 of this Contract,within ten (10) days from the date of notification of the use of the right of withdrawal of the product.

Repayment shall be made without any delay, not exceeding fourteen (14) days from receipt of notice of use of the right of withdrawal.
Regardless of the customer's preferred return method, extra charges incurred by RYDER ACT will not be included in the amount to be refunded to the Customer, if the shipment isnotmade by the firm selected by RYDER ACT.
The Consequences of Using the Right to Withdraw
In case of Customer's termination of Contract, RYDER ACT shall pay all payments received from the Customer, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs incurred when selected any shipment type other than the least cost standard delivery type offered by RYDER ACT.
RYDER ACT will make a refund using the same payment method used by Customer for the purchase, and in no event will the Customer pay any additional fees as a result of such refund.
Customer RYDER RYDER ACT act. any products in Turkey. in the store or RYDER ACT. (10) days from the notice of the use of the right of withdrawal without any delay to the cargo company designated by the Contracting Authority. The customer must return or return the products within the ten (10) days period.
The Customer is solely responsible for the value reductions that go beyond any control required for the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
17.2 Contractual Cayma
Apart from the statutory revocation referred to in article 17.1 above, the customer is entitled to return the goods within seven (7) days from delivery confirmation, without giving any reason (except for gift cards and the products mentioned in item 17.3 below) . Gift cards must be returned in the manner specified in the Terms and Conditions for the Gift Card. In return to be made under contractual right to withdrawal, the Customer is responsible for the costs incurred for the return of the product, without prejudice to the facts of the goods or the delivery carried out by RYDER ACT.
Customer may use the right of withdrawal arising out of the Contract in accordance with the procedure in Article 17.1 above. However, the Customer must notify RYDER ACT at the end of the service to which the right of withdrawal shall be exercised and, in each case, deliver the goods within ten (10) days from the Delivery Confirmation.

RYDER ACT will make the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
This right of withdrawal from the Contract does not affect the legal right of withdrawal.
17.3 General provisions (applies both for statutory withdrawal and contractual withdrawal rights)
The Customer shall not be entitled to withdrawal in contracts for delivery of any of the following products:
1. Commodity contracts specially prepared for customer's wishes or personal needs
2. Contracts relating to books, digital content and computer consumables provided in the physical environment in case the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal packagesare opened after delivery of the goods.
3. After the delivery, the goods such as packaging, tape or seal are opened; contracts for the items of which the return is unsuitable for the reasons of health and hygiene (underwear, swimwear, etc.).
Customer may examine the products by hand in order to determine their status, features and functions after delivery. Acceptable handling of products is a reasonable process in stores. However, if the Client's inspection action goes beyond the acceptable level and the products are damaged or their value decreases, RYDER ACT may deduct from the reimbursement to the Customer during the use of the withdrawal right, or an amount equal to the decreasing value of the Customer's goods may be paid to RYDER ACT.
Customer shall return all products, original packages, instructions and other documentation to RYDER ACT. In any case, the Customer must return the invoice or all the relevant documentation required by the e-archive regulation along with the product.
Brief information about how the right to withdraw is going to be used with the Customer, when he / she received the order.
a. return in RYDER ACT store.
The customer is entitled to return any product in any RYDER ACT store within the same product group as the one he / she wishes to return to the store. In such cases, the Customer must go to the store and submit the product and the corresponding invoice issued by it or the document required by e-billing / e-archive regulation.
b. Returns by cargo
When the product is returned via the cargo company specified by RYDER ACT, the Customer must contact to RYDER ACT through the form on the Internet site to organize the process of receiving the product from the Customer's home. In accordance with the instructions in the "REFUNDS" section of the internet site, the Customer must send the product in the same package. If you purchase any product without being a member, you can request a refund via cargo by phone on 0850 885 45 54 free customer service line or by calling 0850 885 45 54 from your mobile phone (cost will depend on the customer's mobile operator).
None of the above options will incur any additional charges for the Customer.
If the customer does not wish to use any of the free refund methods available, he or she will have to bear the return costs. If the customer wishes to return the products to RYDER ACT on a payable basis, the customer may be responsible for the costs associated with them.
After reviewing the products, RYDER ACT will inform the Customer of the right of the Customer to reimbursement of the amounts paid. Refunds are made when the withdrawal right is used within the legal period and all products that make up the package are returned. Repayment shall be made as soon as possible and in all cases within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the intention to withdraw is communicated to RYDER ACT. Refunds are always made using the payment method used for the purchase.
Customer is responsible for the risks of returning the products to RYDER ACT.
17.4 Raw products
In addition to Customer's legal rights to defective products, RYDER ACT provides the following contractual right. If the customer believes that the product is not in conformity with the Contract at the time of delivery, he / she should immediately contact RYDER ACT on product damage by completing the internet form or calling 0850 885 45 54 from customer service line 0850 885 45 54 or from your mobile phone (cost will vary depending on the customer's mobile operator). The Customer shall deliver the product to RYDER ACT. The customer will be notified in detail of the returned product by e-mail within a reasonable time that the customer has the right to replace or refund the product (if any). (14) Days from the date on which Customer notifies Customer by return as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event, by RYDER ACT. By e-mail that the defective product has been replaced or the Customer has the right to refund, day. If the products are returned due to defects, if there is a shame, Customer; all payments for the product will be refunded, including shipping costs incurred when submitting the product to the Customer, and any costs incurred when returning the Customer Product. The refund of the money received from the customer is always made on the credit card used by the Customer to make the payment of the order. This provision will not prejudice your statutory rights.
